3. Exercise.
After your sore muscles have had a chance to relax sufficiently, it is important to keep active.
When your stressed, your body may feel alert/ on-edge, which causes your muscles to tense up and your motivation for physical activity tends to decrease in the same way over-worked muscles feel too tired to function.
Low impact exercises help release excess energy build-up and clear you head.
A gentle bike ride, a walk along the beach at lunch, or doing some light tasks around the garden.
Keep things fun and simple to reinforce the feeling of relaxation and help you unwind :)
