Oasis Therapies is dedicated to providing massage based treatments of the highest quality, tailored to suit the needs of each individual.

Previously based in Gowerton and Brynmill, OASIS was founded in 2008 by Cheryl Bendle VTCT Dip.MICHT,

After years of studying to become an Artist, Cheryl's work became increasingly interested by the world of Relaxation. Some of her work includes the beneficial and calming effects which the colours blue and green have on a person's state of mind and the inner calmness these powerful colours combined, can induce from within a person. This whole study became the initial stepping stone for her leap from the art world, into a whole new way of life and study of Holistic Therapies.

Seeing the dramatic differences the power of massage and touch could have on a person's well-being, both mentally and physically was astounding and Cheryl soon began to realise that Holistic Therapies needed to be introduced more widely into her local society.

As a fully qualified therapist, Cheryl began working mobile within her hometown of Swansea, soon building enough of a client base to expand into a business premises (OASIS Therapies, Gowerton) in 2008, into an area where people would previously have had to have travelled miles to recieve similar treatments. Since then, her client based has rapidly continued to grow.

Cheryl's therapies help with a range of muscular and relaxation based issues (stress, insomnia, sciatica and back pain being among some of the most common ailments) and having suffered with back and neck trouble herself for many years, she has a personal understanding of the discomfort tense and aching muscles can have on daily activities and a person's quality of life.

A professional, down-to-earth and friendly personality as a therapist has always been her ethos for the way in which she interacts with her client's and you can be assured that each treatment is performed to the highest of qualities and to the very best of her ability.
